Christmas came early for a group of shelter pups and a senior Doberman. Cold rainy weather would not keep us from making the 43 Flight for Life for OPA with 34 pups destined for a very Merry Christmas in their new furever loving homes in Colorado. Operation Pets Alive together with Altar’d State (in the Woodlands Mall) and OPA wonderful fosters and volunteers, 34 pups were delivered to find their furever homes this holiday season. It certainly is a wonderful present for these pups and us as well. It’s about giving and we are blessed to be able to give these pups a chance at a life they deserve. We also had 1 Senior Doberman onboard today to go to his furever loving home to live out his senior years with nothing but love and a warm bed. After giving 13 years of devotion to his family — they dumped him in the shelter to die alone because he was having some trouble with his back end getting up and around. Today, he was on his way to a family who want to spoil him and give him the home he has earned at his age – truly a Christmas miracle!!  Thank you again everyone for a job well done and don’t forget to patronage Altar’d State in the Woodlands Mall – just a small way to Thank them for being a part of saving lives of innocent animals and making a difference. It’s been a busy day and a wonderful way to kick off the holidays!

Thank you again everyone for pulling together & working hard so innocent animals are given a second chance at having a warm loving home and a life they deserve.

Happy Yule!
